NEW RES TIMELINE
Attend the RES course
Clear the papers
Register with an Agency under your preferred Team
Fulfil 75% attendance at the RES course in order to apply for the examinations. RES course has a validity of 2 years, must clear the exams within this timeframe.
Must meet the minimum educational requirement of at least 4 GCE O-level passes or equivalent. Total of 2 papers to clear. Passing mark for each paper is 60 and is subject to review by CEA.
Must submit salesperson's registration application through a licensed estate agent within 2 years from the month of the examination which you sat for and passed, failing which the examination results will no longer be valid for salesperson registration purposes
